I'm growing Basil. Justin was concern that I shouldn't grow things that we eat, LOL. I guess she didn't want me killing them with my plants:-)

Today is my baby girl's birthday. She if officially a pre-teen (12). Last Saturday I spent all day doing perms for the first day of school which started Monday. Here is a picture of Justin with her new do:

Hey Family!

We had a great weekend with Drew going on her first date. I'm uploading the pictures I took so everyone can see just how beautiful she looked. I was such a proud mother. I believed I smiled all night long. I did get kind of nervous when it was getting close of 12am and she wasn't home. But, at 11:50 she strolled home being walked to the door by her date which I must say was a perfect gentlemen (he must of been watching MTV's, Gs to Gents). LOL.

Well, I have to post the pictures later today since Drew didn't upload them onto the computer:(

Meanwhile check out this dog she tried to bring home from the animal shelter. Drew and her friend in the picture named their dogs. Drew's dog was Timothy or Tim-Tim for short. Her Avid class volunteered at the shelter to give the animals walks and love for the day. And Tim-Tim did get adopted, Yeah!
